I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to transform emerging AI capabilities into experiences that are clear, useful, and trustworthy.
Whether defining a content strategy for a new AI feature, designing conversational AI interactions, or building evaluation frameworks to improve quality at scale, I focus on creating systems that help both users and product teams succeed.
How I lead
- Drive content principles from definition to enforcement. I define content principles and translate them into the system prompts that instruct AI models, then build the LLM judges that verify the output quality — owning the standard, the instruction, and the evaluation.
- Build processes from scratch. I proactively created an internal playbook that defined how a team builds LLM judges, resolving cross-functional ownership questions and setting a standard other teams used to build their own judges.
- Teach others content quality at scale. Co-led an internal training on content engineering, teaching teams how to build LLM judges — a repeatable way to evaluate AI output against defined content principles, rather than relying on manual, case-by-case review.
